Cancellation Policy for Boost Zone Technologies
At Boost Zone Technologies, we strive to provide exceptional digital services and maintain transparent business practices. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which services, subscriptions, and projects may be canceled. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email to sales@boostzonetech.com.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of project completion and work already performed.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, Boost Zone Technologies may, at its sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund after deducting any administrative, processing, or third-party costs already incurred.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once project work has begun, the client acknowledges that resources, time, and labor have been allocated to the project.
If the client chooses to cancel after work has commenced:
- Charges for completed work remain payable.
- Deposits and setup fees may be non-refundable.
- Third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
- Any refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Boost Zone Technologies reserves the right to determine the value of work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellation After Final Approval
Once a project has been:
- Approved by the client,
- Delivered in full,
- Launched,
- Transferred to the client, or
- Marked as completed,
the project cannot be canceled.
All payments become final, and no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks will be accepted after final approval and delivery.
5. Subscription and Recurring Services
For recurring services such as:
- Website Maintenance
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing
- Hosting Management
- Monthly Support Plans
- Software Maintenance
Clients may cancel by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial-month refunds will be issued.
6. Client Inactivity
If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required information, approvals, content, or feedback for an extended period, Boost Zone Technologies may place the project on hold.
Projects inactive for more than ninety (90) days may be considered abandoned and may be closed without refund of amounts already paid.
Additional fees may apply if work resumes after a prolonged period of inactivity.
7. Cancellation by Boost Zone Technologies
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- The client violates applicable laws.
- The client breaches contractual obligations.
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.
In such cases, any completed work and expenses incurred remain payable.
8. Third-Party Services
Cancellation of services involving third-party providers may be subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. Examples include:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Software licenses
- API subscriptions
- Advertising platforms
Any fees paid to third-party providers are generally non-refundable.
9. Chargeback Policy
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been delivered, approved, completed, or otherwise provided in accordance with the agreed project scope.
Boost Zone Technologies reserves the right to submit project records, communications, invoices, contracts, approvals, and delivery confirmations in response to any payment dispute.

Important Notice: Once final delivery has been approved, accepted, launched, or transferred to the client, the project is considered complete and cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued after final approval.
