Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the terms of this policy.

Clients are provided opportunities to review project deliverables during development and before final approval.

Once the client:

• Approves the final project,
• Accepts the final delivery,
• Requests project completion,
• Takes possession of the completed work, or
• The project is deployed, launched, transferred, or delivered in full,

all payments become final and non-refundable.

No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits will be issued after final approval and delivery have been accepted by the client.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed work
• Time spent on development, design, consulting, or project management
• Custom-built solutions
• Third-party integrations
• SEO work already performed
• Marketing campaigns already executed
• Domain registrations
• Hosting services
• Software licenses
• Third-party service fees

Refunds will not be granted if project delays occur due to:

• Failure to provide required content or materials
• Lack of communication
• Delayed approvals
• Failure to respond to requests for information
• Changes in business plans or priorities

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been delivered, approved, or completed.

In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Boost Zone Technologies reserves the right to provide project records, communications, approvals, contracts, invoices, and delivery confirmations to the payment processor or financial institution as evidence of service fulfillment.

If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion, any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be reduced by:

• Hours already worked
• Development and design costs incurred
• Administrative expenses
• Third-party costs and fees
• Non-recoverable expenses

Boost Zone Technologies reserves the sole right to determine any refund amount prior to project completion.

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases
• Search engine rankings
• Advertising results
• Lead generation outcomes
• Business growth targets
• Sales performance

Refunds will not be issued based on unmet business expectations or market conditions.
